To move the item, we select <template> from the drop down list on the dialog that comes up (arrow 1), and the close the dialog box (arrow 2).

It is not sufficient to just use the page name that is already showing in this combo box: you have to actually drop down the list and select the page you want from the drop down list, or the control will not actually be moved to the new page.
