Looking critically at our existing layout (shown below), we see one thing we want to change right away: we want to get rid of the word "Masters" (in small rotated text: see arrow) in the title.  We might change it to some other word, such as "Template", or delete it entirely, along with its "reflection."

That's the most critical change.  We might consider changing background colors as well.
